We ship throughout Italy. Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery times vary based on the destination, but shipments are typically delivered within 2-5 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package and will be indicated during the purchase process before order confirmation..

2. Order tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your order directly on the courier’s website.

3. Delivery delays

In rare cases, delivery times may be delayed due to external factors such as strikes, bad weather, or national holidays. Linea Casa is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, but we are committed to providing assistance in case of delivery issues.

4. Returns

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the products, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). You can return the products without penalty and without specifying the reason.

Return conditions

• The products must be returned intact, unused, complete with all their parts, and in the original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
• Once we receive and verify the return, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Return of defective or incorrect products

In case you receive defective or incorrect products, please contact us immediately at lineacasa.pescara@gmail.com. We will arrange for the product to be collected and replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
